It's Us or Dust

They were hired to clean a house I was told by my broker they were to be there at 10:30 I called at 11:30 and said there crew is running late and asked when would they be there the lady was snippy with me so I let it go got a call back 5 minutes later with this lady saying I was rude I went ahead and apologized even though I wasn't rude for asking where they were since someone has been waiting on them for over an hour I assumed with an undeserved apology everything was fine 2 hours later still nothing my broker called to see what was going on apparently the were so hurt by asking where they were at they decided not to come maybe a job that doesn't require them to deal with people is more suitable for them do yourself a favor use a company that will be reliable and will communicate with you like a professional company does.

I cannot recommend Its Us or Dust enough. Rachel, Danielle and Genesis are the epitome of professionalism and very skilled at what they do, I am so happy that I found them. They have been cleaning for me for several years now and they are thorough, flexible, and so nice. There is no other feeling like coming home to a spotlessly cleaned house! They frequently go above and beyond, and are great with pets also! They have no problems with my crazy dog I am so grateful for all that they do for me, they truly improve my life.
