        The manager/owner Jeff isn’t nice at all. Maintenance workers broke an item and he said is that all we are talking about??? They hid the fact they broke it and then a month later I realized it was gone !!!! When brought to Jeff’s attention he was rude and didn’t show any care or concerns about the item being broken . Also never gave back security deposit. He’s a crook don’t ever rent from him !!!!

        For the price of rent as well as charging for utilities separately, this place could be a lot nicer. From the road it doesn't look to bad, but once past the first turn, the roads are crumbling, the trailers onsite range from nice, to damaged and dangerous. It's obvious the owners do not car about the quality of environment provided to tenants. Are there worse places to live, yes. Are there worse places to live for the insane prices being asked, I certainly hope not.
