We had one day to find a house. Very busy market. Tug has a lot of knowledge about the area and even gave us history and road directions as we traveled. We did find our perfect home and Tug even followed up to get a few minor items fixed. Tug was involved until our closing, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Tug & Judi are the best! I could not be more thrilled with how our home purchase with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we had followed the steps of Dave Ramsey to prepare us to purchase a home in this crazy market. We actually had another realtor who was a friend of ours that we worked with in the past but we both felt that the responses we were receiving were delayed and did not always answer our questions. We had the exact opposite experience with Tug & Judi. We met with them on a Friday for coffee to discuss our dream home and budget and we felt like we were having a conversation with a group of old friends. They were open about how crazy the market is and their predictions of the future, they also mentioned some challenges we might face. We discuss an array of topics (school districts, HOAs, etc.) so they understood what we were looking. They day after we met for coffee, my husband and I found this beautiful looking house on realtor.com but there was no pictures of the inside layout of the home. Tug & Judi went the extra mile to stop by the house the same day to check it out for us and to send us some photos. It wasn't even 12 hours later we were touring the house and making an offer on our dream home. We had an accepted offer in 6 hours and closed 19 days later. Not only did Tug & Judi work as a team to close within 19-days but they answered all our questions (we had an annoying about of them!) and have been great assets in helping us find some local contractors to paint the inside of the home as well as do some other home projects. If you are looking for a local realtor who is a grade above the rest or a local ELP (endorsed local provider) in your area have no reservation going with Tug & Judi. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their new home. They made it happen for us and I am incredibly grateful for their handwork.

Although we were living in Arizona, Tug and Judi were so helpful in helping us find a nice home in Fort Wayne. Though we could no travel here to physically see potential homes, they were willing to help us remotely, and advised us appropriately in this competitive market. They were always patient, professional, and showed attention to detail. We felt they were very honest and looked out for our best interests.
