After attending a recent meeting, we learned about 1031 exchanges as well as opportunity zones. We have taken advantage of this new information and have purchased a home in an opportunity zone. We highly recommend these meeting due to the shared experiences that we have available to us.

The REIA is a great place for any investor or newbie looking for information & resources regarding real estate and real estate needs. The meetings every month are very informative and gives investors the chance to branch out and meet other local investors. Definitely a place that I will always be a member of !

I joined Fort Wayne REIA about 4 years when we bought 33 SFRs and new nothing about the real estate and started managing the properties myself .So I decided to join the Local Fort Wayne REIA to learn real estate and started going there on regular bases and learned from the experts in the REIA from managing properties to flipping and acquiring Multifamily apartments .I enjoy networking with other members of the REIA who are always ready to share their knowledge and expertise.

The people at this Reia group are very knowledgeable, and are always willing to share info with each other. Real Estate is truly a business where you don’t have to push people down to lift yourself up. It’s always exciting to hear about deals that are happening around and in our area, not just somewhere else. Scott is literally a wealth or information, and always seems to have a resource when you need it. I have not seen Scott stumped by any questions yet, so that’s worth joining to be around like-minded people. The people here in this group are really action takers, not just full of hot air. If your serious about success in Real estate, you owe it to your self to attend this monthly meeting. Remember, its better to be surrounded by people who know more, so you can learn, and then earn more. It’s a very positive atmosphere, filled with people who love & enjoy real estate. Join Today!
