Advanced Dental Care of Fortville

The front desk person could not find a referall that had been sent for my son. I called and was told they would call back but never did. I had to call multiple times and then the orthodontist to confirm it was sent over. Then I questioned how expensive it was for them to remove teeth for my son. Without my consent they called and left a message stating that they cancelled my appointment for me.

Everyone was friendly and easy going. Procedures and what was covered by insurance were discussed before beginning and all the X-rays and photos of the teeth taken in preparation for next visit which will finally be some cavities filled and a proper cleaning. If you haven't been in a while, this office is where to get back in to good habits!

Everyone there is so kind! All the details were explained very well for what work is needed, the pricing, and the dentist/hygienist are very thorough and make sure that you are comfortable the whole time.

I had the best experience yesterday at the Fortville office. The staff are so kind and really help calm any fears or anxiety. They have the latest technology that I was able to get the crown the same day and I am not in any pain the next day. Thank you Fortville Advanced Dental. I have been to plenty of dentists over the years. However, I have never felt comfortable enough to stay to get any work done besides one place to get my wisdom teeth removed in Georgia. Immediately the first time I walked into Advanced Dental Care, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Every single person I have interacted with has been nothing less than fabulous! The entire staff deserves (100000/10) stars. They really work with you on payment plans. They are extremely patient. They break things down for you (whether it's a payment plan or a discovery they have made for your dental care and health)! I get reminders about my appointment which are really helpful. I even got a letter for my birthday which was extremely heartwarming! I have never been so excited to go to the dentist, let alone talk about my experience at the dentist. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone! Even if you don't have insurance, again they work with you and provide payment plans. I am not great at remembering names, but I want to specifically hightlight the lady that did my cleanings! She really talks and engages with you as she does work. She makes me feel relaxed and asks if I'm okay or need a little break. She is really thorough with her cleanings and the amount of encouragement she gives while cleaning my teeth has really made me feel motivated to take much better care of my teeth. I want to take good care not only for myself, but also to make her proud when I come back for visits. I love this place and staff to pieces ! I wish all dentistry and professionals would exhibit this kind of behavior and care!! Advanced Dental deserves more stars! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
