Been renting from Ladig Realty for a year now. Easy process to get moved in and they were understanding of my situation instead of just flat out declining my application. They leave us be for the most part, which I greatly appreciate. We follow their expectations and they also are timely with maintenance requests. It has been a good experience.

Renting from Ladig Realty has easily been one of the best decisions I made in 2022. In a market that seems to be dominated by national rental companies that don't provide adequate care to their properties, Ladig flips the script. They are very nice and respond quickly to maintenence requests, and a 3rd party plumber/technician will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a time that works for you for repairs (I have yet to have any kind of maintenance emergency but I imagine the process would be even quicker). They also seem to really care about not raising rent and driving tenants out of the property. Obviously with renting, increases are just a part of the business sometimes, especially the last couple years, but that was my main concern going into signing my first lease agreement with them. They assured me on no more than a small rent increase at most at renewal time and when renewal time hit there was no increase at all. I have to imagine that that could depend on a number of variables but the takeway that is important is that they are very genuine and care about their tenants. That's hard to find these days it seems, so do yourself a favor and rent from them!

I rented from Ladig Properties for over 8 years. They are friendly, communicative, professional, and very responsive and timely in addressing a concern if something should happen at the property (water heater failed and was fixed the next day). Highly recommend anyone looking to lease in Hamilton County to make this your first choice.
