I am upset to be writing this review. My mother always said if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say it! Well I do have something nice to say, Panera was my to go place to eat! I unfortunately have been very Ill, so I was unable to go to eat out. I recently returned, and my first thought was wow, this looks run down, it looks dirty. There were very view clean tables, so I saw this cleaner container with towels, so I cleaned my own table. Now let me go back a minute, when I walked in, their was a group of staff talking and laughing with the team putting the meals together. So as I was cleaning my table, I thought there is plenty of staff doing nothing that could clean tables! The floors were filthy, under many tables was bread, napkins, and general trash! I hated to go to the bathroom where I found the same disgusting mess. No toilet paper, water all over the floors! So as I said in the beginning, it used to be my favorite place, and I know with little effort it could return to the place I was proud to go to. No one wants to eat at a dirty place! The walls at the table I was sitting at, like a partition had greasy hand prints all over it! I think it is under the same manager that had it when things were good, please with a little hard workyou can bring it back! Parking: Why are the handicap all away across the parking. When you are disabled, as I am crossing a parking lot at times is difficult. How about that 2 parking spot place be used for pick up. You could get more than two cars, you could use the blue access lines for more parking.
