        DO NOT EVER ORDER WING STOP FROM FRANKLIN!!!!!!THE SHIFT LEADER IS A LIAR!! HE TOLD US TO COME TO THE STORE AND HE WOULD GIVE A REFUND AND REMAKE THE FOOD. OUR DELIVERY WAS FROM DOOR DASH AND HE TOLD US TO CALL DOOR DASH AND GET A REFUND. OUR FOOD WAS OPENED AND SPILLED ALL IN THE BAG, SO BAD THAT THE SAUCES SPILLED AND SOAKED THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG RIPPED OPEN AND THE FOOD JUST FELL OUT!! THIS GUY IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND A FLAT OUT LIAR!! SO NOW WE ARE OUT $80 AND CANT EVEN GET A REFUND TO BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE! ITS NOT EVEN DELIVERED FROM THEM, OR EVEN SAYS IT WILL BE. THIS GUY IS NOT FROM FRANKLIN NOR DOES HE UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WE WERE TOLD BY 3 PEOPLE THAT OUR ORDER WOULD BE REFUNDED. SO NOW HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO FEED OUR FAMILY????
