Great location & exceptional staff. I often attend a BNI networking group that meets here. The conference room offers a great set up for presentations and professional meetings. Walkability: Located next to a quiet neighborhood for a nice walk or run outdoors. Food & drinks: A short drive away is Big Woods for a great dinner & drink, and a bit farther is downtown Franklin which is a marvelous area to explore for fun activities, drinks, and dining! Check out a movie at the historic Artcraft Theater, go duckpin bowling at Ten Pins, grab BBQ nachos at Shale Creek, explore the parks, buy local at Middle David's Candles, make it a day!

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint was the TV was difficult to watch from different parts of the room (it needed a better rotation arm). The exercise room has something for everyone from cardio choices to weight training. The breakfast provided also had plenty of selections, including eggs, waffles, biscuits, bagels, muffins, fruit and cereal. Safety: The surrounding area has well lit streets and a wide pedestrian pathway for exercise. Food & drinks: McDonald's, Culver's, and Starbucks are within walking distance without crossing any roads.

Driving back home from Chicago and forgot about the eclipse on April 8th. Struck out at exit 101 for a room and started calling. First phone call was to this location and a gentleman named Tyler answered and confirmed they had plenty of rooms. Not 10 minutes later we made it in and Tyler knew exactly who I was walking in....it was also 2 am. Tyler was very nice and let me know he was training. Tyler was very patient and very nice with the trainee and never let the process go slow for my benefit. Rooms were perfect and clean, my family laid down and fell fast asleep. We've stayed at many hotels before and this one was one of the top ones we've been to! Tyler being nice at 2 am was a major perk! Rooms: Room was nice and clean and comfortable
