Rooms smell HEAVILY of smoke. I'm going to have to burn these clothes. Toilet paper is literally see through. Despite what the website says there is no pool and no breakfast. Not that I would want to eat here anyway. Damaged furnishings. Exposed wirings. I hate camping but throwing a tent in the park would have been a better experience.

I dont have enough words to describe how much the manager has helped us. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Safety: Never worried about anyone bothering us or our safety. Noteworthy details: Very clean and comfortable rooms! The staff are amazing!

The staff is highly disrespectful, the housekeeping staff is even worse. My fianc asked for a late checkout because we are good status on the choice rewards app and allowed a 2 hour late check out the hotel was only willing to give us until 12 instead of 1 which was perfectly fine at first, House keeping knocked on our door at exactly 12 so my fianc went out of the room to talk to him to let him know he had one last load of stuff to take to the car and then wed be out of the room the guy then sat there and yelled at my fianc and told him he needed to get out now and didnt believe we had a late checkout. The front desk lady also didnt do anything about it when we told her about the issue and she just sat there and said oh theyre short staffed so they could only give us until 12 Im sorry but that not anyones problem but the hotels and housekeeping staffs they shouldve honored the 2 hour late check out and they also shouldnt have spoke out of line to us like that. Also no hair dryer, coffee pot is in the bathroom the fridge doesnt have a freezer section and the Wi-Fi doesnt even reach the rooms we had to use our hot spot in order to watch anything on YouTube, no breakfast either, not to mention the 20 tire poppers in the parking lot of the hotel.
