        Blower was not working on a/c unit. Tommy came, and quickly diagnosed problem as a dead capacitor. He had the replacement part on his truck, and installed it. The system was running in no time. Very pleased.

        Saturday at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon on the coldest day of the year so far, our furnace stopped working. We called Marshall Mechanical and Michael was at our door within 30 minutes. He was very professional and was very concerned about protecting me by wearing a mask while he was here. I have cancer and he was very thoughtful and offered sincere prayers. We were very impressed by him and definitely will use him again for all our HVAC needs. He was trustworthy and kind and ran back to the office to retrieve a part so we would have heat before the sun went down. We are more than pleased.
