        Wings were tough, almost like eating chicken jerky on a bone. Server wasnt personable at all. Music is way too loud, causing everyone to speak louder.therefore causing the atmosphere to be loud.

        Unfortunately, Franklin Buffalo Wild Wings is not good! Service and food is disappointing. This specific restaurant location is AWFUL! We tried several times over 6 years and it's always the same! ( We quit going.) IDK about management but a change would be nice!
