Hickory Creek at Franklin

My grandma was here for about 25 days before we had to move her to a different facility on a memory care unit. This was no fault of the staff, they loved her, but she needed the extra security. The staff was GREAT to her during her time there. That was made even more evident when we went to move her to the new facility and the entire staff hugged her before we left, and a few of them even cried. The room was a little tight, but Id take that any day knowing how great of hands she was in. The love and care they showed for my grandma far exceeded our expectations and we so wish she could have stayed longer. Thank you Hickory Creek!

The staff was very nice but this place is very unorganized!! Everyday my brother was in here I had to ask to get his shower, change his clothes, brush his teeth, get him ice, and water for his cup. Change his bed. Help him to the bathroom. It always smelled bad. Gnats all over. It was just a dirty place. And I felt like I had to be there to get things done for him. The rooms are so very small. I was very glad we got him into another nursing home before he got worse and died. I wouldnt want him to die there!!

Everyone is really nice , the Facility is clean, They take really good care of their patients. They also care how the family feels and also treat us with respect as well. I'm feeling very blessed and feeling very thankful for them, And I just want to thank everyone at hickory creek for accepting are family member, I recommend this place !

Hickory Creek in Franklin has been nothing but AMAZING with my dad. The staff really care about their patients and listen to the families concerns and needs. Plus their administrator Mandy goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. I just love the care they show my dad daily.
