Enterprise Truck Rental

Unprofessional and several employees standing around doing nothing. No customers in the business except myself. Took forever to be waited on and pick up the truck. Not sure how much one make working at Enterprise but I guess its not bad pay for standing around doing nothing with a parking lot full of trucks in it on a Friday afternoon. Dont think they will be open long.

I will say these people are above exceptional. I made the reservation for 1 week online for a full size truck. I was given a new 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty diesel duelly I think it had 2000 miles on it.  I was driving back to Lake Havasu to collect my quad and bring it back to Indiana. I got there and I met with Alexa. Now I'll tell you the process was so quick and easy that when I was standing there paying I was thinking wow this is got to be a criminals paradise it seems too easy. And just as I was thinking that Alexa reaches over the counter and pulls my credit card from the card reader and verifies that it belongs to me. I had laugh out loud, the timing was funny. Then she handed me back my card and told me to go ahead and reinsert it. As long as I've been using a credit card I have never had a merchant reach over and pull out my card to verify it. Thats good s*** right there, I ain't mad at you girl that's how you do it!  But I think for me the best part of renting from them is they have an area where you can park car so when you bring back their vehicle you can jump in your car and leave. And it's directly across the street from the police department. Nice. After a week I needed it for one extra day and I called and got Seth and he said it was no problem. While I had him on the phone I did inquire about my car and he told me no worries they rented that too. I can't forget to include Seth as one of the many men who've helped me start my car. Thx.

First time I've rented a car from them. It has a lot of mileage and I don't like the way the engine sounds. I'm only renting it for 2 days so hopefully it I'll be able to the return it without a problem.

Seth is truly an amazing manager! Seth hooked me up with a better deal than online and I got the insurance on the truck before I drove it and when I dropped it off a scratch was on it and he said you dont have to worry about it since you have insurance and was very cool about. Amazing customer service. I will be back again soon and will only get my rentals from him.
