Has new tires put on and they did a fantastic job and had truck done when promised

I've had to use them a handful of times and have a series of minor and fairly major complaints including:
-Floor mats always have black streaks after they've worked on a vehicle because they're not using paper mats (3 occurrences it would be more if I didn't have rubber mats in one vehicle).
-Did not rotate tires after putting in written requests and verbally telling them to do so (2 occurrences).
-Spare tires were put in trunk and not in spare tire compartment (2 occurrences)
-Dead battery (twice)
-Complained about me providing my own part (once), but didn't complain other times.
-A vehicle had a parasitic draw and lights that wouldn't turn off. That was very clearly explained to them, and their response was to replace the alternator. There is absolutely no way an alternator could create the symptoms I described. The car actually needed the ECM and several switches replaced. I diagnosed the problem and fixed it myself after they failed to correct the problem twice. The second time they just jumped the battery and pretended that solved the problem.
I would characterize their work as being generally rushed, sloppy, and inattentive. Overall mediocre.
You will get the absolute bare minimum they think they can get away with. That has been my consistent experience over the past few years.
