While the eye doctor was friendly and seemed knowledgeable--the glasses are junk. Scratched within the first month of having 'scratch resistant' lenses, the frames were flimsy and had to be repaired within two months, and the fit is horrible. For 350$ glasses I expected far better quality. Add to that the fact that 10 MONTHS after everything was paid for, they are trying to bill an additional 70$. And the office staff was cold and rude. Both when I picked up the glasses and when trying to resolve the billing issue. Every time we spoke with them the person on the phone was condescending and snotty. My family will not be going back. And I will be telling anyone who asks why. I got far better service from Walmart vision center!

We are new to the area. So we didn't know where to go. My in-laws go to Insights and my neighbor is Kim. So we toke a chance and went. My family liked the doctors as well as the staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
