      image Karen Premo was extremely rude when I called the French Lick H&R Block office. Thankfully, my appointment was with Ellen Williams who was such a delight to work with. She had such a welcoming presence and explained my taxes every step of the way. If it weren't for her kindness, I wouldn't consider going back. 5/5 for her!
