        Been in my brand new 2023 manufactured home for going on 4 mos now and have had to have A LOT of repairs. Molding, floor, cabinets etc... Home is beautiful, but very very cheaply built. If you don't have pets or kids you should be fine, but good luck if you do, everything is easly broken. Wouldn't recommend, but esthetically, it is a beautiful home. I guess for 1200 sq ft under $100,000, it's still a good value.
