I'm writing this on behalf of my sister. She moved into her home in September. We made a list of problems & they were documented. A man was out & did some things on the list. Things that were not addressed are as follows. 2 windows the seal is broken and fogged up on inside. They need to be replaced. The front door is dented and I don't think it can be adequately cosmetically repaired. It needs to be replaced. The back door was touched up with paint so now you see where it was touched up rather than scratches. It should entirely be painted. End of the house the siding is warped. It needs to be replaced. It is the first thing you see when you pull into driveway. We mentioned this also but was told they couldn't do anything about the design. But who would know this until they moved in but there is no lightswitch going into laundry room except from exterior door. Also on the design there are only 3 drawers in kitchen and not necessarily where you would need them. There should be more for utensils. So don't be replying back by saying call us so we can document as have with others. It has been documented. A new home should look like a new home. Please take care of your customers complaints and in a timely manner.
