        Mrs. G is what she said her name was, was very rude to me over the phone, wasn't very compassionate about my situation and was telling me any old thing

        Very Rude. Was hung up on twice. Was approved in September. It's December and was told that someone dropped the ball and my information hadn't been entered until the first week in December and I needed to be patient. Was sent to the person who is handling my claim and have left voicemails and haven't received any response.
