Ive worked at Performance Plus for 8 years in the admin office. There has been a huge focus on employee satisfaction and ways to make everything easier and more accessible. From being able to view paychecks on the phone app as theyre processed, to shortening the waiting time for vacation pay, to access to employer matched 401k for full time employees, Performance Plus is always looking for ways to make things better for employees.
