        Me and my friend ordered 80$ worth of popcorn on 11/7/2023 it is now 12/8/2023 we have yet to receive our popcorn and they were called 3x to check the order status and they kept saying it was either waitin for a flavor or it has already been shipped out. when they were called today 12/8/2023 the man on the phone said he honestly didnt have an explanation as to why the order hasnt been shipped and offered a gift certificate as if we want to purchase from them again 0/10 wouldnt recommend.

        I've been here a few times. The popcorn is delicious. But, the Young Man that was assisting me was Garbage . Did, I mention how Terrible his Services was. I normally don't even leave a comment. But, I had to. First he leaves me @ the counter until the other worker in the back told him to assist me. Then he gives me an Attitude because he had to stop what he was doing. So Disappointing. But, the Popcorn is . But the service needs help

      Hello Anitra can you please let us know what store you were at when this happened. We would to correct this type of behavior. As you pointed out this was not your first time in our establishment so we would hope that you know this is not normal for our establishment.
