Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

This is unbelievable what i have seen here today. If there were any regulations about service shops, this would be the one more in top 100 to close it down for good. Just bypass this place if you see it close your eyes, dont even think about going in. Bunch of kids playing around, will mess up your truck. Manager is talking on her phone on speaker in the meantime while customers waiting for her to finish her private conversations. Disaster!

YESTERDAY morning we went to speedco #920 , to replace the fuel filter and water separator. THINKING in my mind , that most likely after that incident and complaining things have improved and not in my wildest imagination this can occur again. Well, I was wrong. Speedco tech replaced the water separator and fuel filter, I paid the invoice with an EFS check ( invoice will be attached below ) and went back to THE parking lot to pick up our loaded trailer. 25 mins later the truck dies on us. I reached out to speedco #920, talked to Michael, explained to him the situation , and asked for help. They sent a tech to the TA parking lot, who was working for over an hour, tried a few things, could not fix the problem, and left back to speedco. Leaving us again in the same situation, stranded, without any options other than calling TA for help again, to fix the mess that speedco has made. TA tech gets to us around 4pm, used some sort of pump to suck the air out of the engine, changed the fuel filter, water separator, paid them over $400 for the service and the mistake speedco has created, lost a whole day in the parking lot, lost revenue. EXACTLY THE SAME SITUATION, SAME ERROR. it is clear to say that you have a bunch of incompetent so-called "technicians" at speedco , that have no clue how to work on trucks, probably they are in training, without experience, incompetent,lazy or all of the above that provide very poor service and charge us premium rates, which eventually creates people problems, delays and additional costs. I really hope you care about the reputation of your organization, the reputation and quality of the services you provide, and last but not least you care about your customers, people who come to you and put money in your pockets. I am looking for full Indianization for the poor services the store has provided, plus the costs for the TA invoice, lost down time and drivers pay. HOPEFULLY this email reached out to upper management and someone took action . Because going 2 times through the same situation and problem twice a month is a pure definition of garbage service. feel free to reach out for any additional questions. **AND PLEASE, do not send me your apologies, i cannot use them to pay my bills and cover my lost time. Just improve your services and fix the mess. best thing you can do here.
