Rent keeps going up every year. Landscaping gotten terrible. Always flooded by patio and no mulch for few years now. Sidewalks are all out of whack. Management no longer in the office. Terrible communication even after leaving voice-mail or emails. Previous owners took better care of their residents. Current company is awful and inconvenient. I don't recommend anyone to live here unless you have $1000.00+ for rent alone. That's not including electric, gas, water, or internet. Nothing has been updated (appliances, cabinets, restrooms, etc..) I been a resident for some years and it has only gotten worse since the ownership has changed in 2023.

The property manager at Hidden Ponds did everything to help our move in experience as smooth as possible! She kept in touch from beginning to end. We love living here. It is clean, quiet and the neighbors are so friendly!
