The staff are jerks especially Bobbi and Shelley they plot against me now that Shelley and I had words bc of her unacceptable rudeness. Shelley was never was nice to me she always looked at me like Im unworthy and when they couldnt do what was asked Shelley got a half grin on her face and in her evil eyes looked as to laugh like ha ha and Bobbi thought it was ok just her personality and Bobbi was upset with me when I put Shelley in her place for being so unkind. In a business like this I would think you need more quiet polite people. Yes they treat me badly and Im not putting up with it Bobbi should be able to step back from her buddy at work and not be so partial. I have 2 people that have been with me when I used Shelleys lane and they both asked me what she has against me. Moving my funds to a better credit union and pray for those 2 the Marion branch gets 2 Stars

I highly recommend Riverside Community FCU. They are competitive on loan rates and their customer service is second to none! Dan Parrie was timely, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with on the execution of an auto loan. 5/5!
