      image Great for traveling with dogs. I appreciate the pet friendly policies of this hotel and the plentiful dog walking areas surrounding the hotel. Rooms are clean and Ive always felt safe here. Staff is friendly

      thin walls and pet friendly
      My German Shepherd only barked once (in response to another dog) but several smaller dogs were barking late at night and early in the morning. The internal walls (between rooms) and the exterior walls (outside) are all super thin, so you can also hear quiet conversations in the hall, even when people are speaking at a respectable volume.
      slightly over-priced, but transparent pricing with no surprises
      minus one star for the shower drain - the bathtub filled way with water during my 5-minute shower, which made me feel gross and not clean

      image Customer service was poor . they never clean rooms had bedbugs and front desk staff stated it was not their responsibility to clean or change sheets and they were perfectly fine with the bed bugs and called me stupid black lady multiple times

      Guest stayed in room for 7days had zero issues. Company refused to pay for the extended stay, guest was asked to pay or check out after 4hr of delay in check out guest left the property upset, without thinking properly left a unnecessary review which is 100% lie. if google could take action against such guest and remove the review it will be helpful. just because they have a google account they can leave a review.
