Would not recommend. Everyone is nice enough (the service manager Pat being the exception). However, if you have options: do your research first. Otherwise that "beautiful quality home" you think you're buying will end up being the "oh that pipe is secured with a zip tie" "why are my light bulbs just popping and not throwing a breaker" (which the service department will try to send out someone who isn't actually a licensed electrician unless you REFUSE) and "oh okay all my drains are now flooding because no one ran a pipe when it was installed" and just don't even look at any cosmetics because that service manager Pat will tell ya "well welcome to being a home owner" as you're literally doing the walk through inspection. Also, when they say they DONT paint, understand you WILL need to repaint your entire home if you don't like unfinished painting and splotches all over the wall. First week in my home I've had to have HVAC (heating not working), electrician (lights randomly popping and flickering), AND a plumber (all sewage backing up into home you've been in 1 week) out. Only leaving 2 stars because again most everyone has been kind. Would not recommend as a place to purchase a home though.
