Overpromises, under delivers. Originally schedule for 5/24. Rescheduled for 5/23. Hadnt heard anything all day on 5/22 so I sent a text to confirm. Received a response that I would be delayed one day. Ok fine, no worries. I texted on 5/23 to confirm service for 5/24. Never heard back, but left the backyard gate open just in case. I texted on 5/24 asking for update, and why the pool was still dirty. There were brown leaves and sludge at the bottom. I was told that the pool would be brushed down in addition to removing the cover, cleaning the pump, and putting chemicals in the water. Received a response that pool cleaning was extra fee and could not be fit into the schedule until the week after Memorial Day, but might have availability on 5/25, but never confirmed. Fine with me. I continued to wait on a confirmation that pool could be cleaned the next day. 5/25 I receive an invoice for pool opening and cleaning. Pool still had not been cleaned. I was given approximately 2 minutes notice that the pool company was on its way to clean. At this point Im confused because I never heard confirmation that they were coming. I was at work, and couldnt leave to unlock the gate to my yard. I texted the owner that I was disappointed and his communication was poor. Had I had notice, or even simply told to leave the gate open, I couldve been home or left the gate unlocked. I received a response that he shouldnt have told me yes he could fit me on the schedule for cleaning today because Im obviously upset. Look - I understand that this is the busiest time of the year for opening pools. Im super chill and dont really expect much. Were new to owning a pool, so when you schedule to have it opened, is it too unreasonable to believe that it will also be clean as well? And what ever happened to thank you for your business or Im so sorry for the miscommunication ? It feels like he believes he was doing me a favor and I should apologize for wasting his time. This company came highly recommended by the people we bought the house from. They are a super nice family, so im not sure what the disconnect is. This has been a huge disappointment. Im not trying to ruin anyones business. I just feel a bit scammed. Photos below for reference.

Stated they would open my pool and clean it. Paid 400 dollars and all they did was prime a pump. I called and was yelled at stating they dont clean the pool and then hung up on. Service: Swimming pool equipment maintenance

T and T Pools is amazing!! I purchased my pool over 4 years ago from Chad and he provided an accurate price and timeline for my purchase and delivered both as stated. I LOVE my pool and there were no issues during the installation process as T and T Pools kept me updated and delivered the finished product right on time.
