Next Modular

June 27, 2023. Hello all. Two days ago I contacted Next Modular (NM) wanting to know if they serviced Montana. My query was quickly addressed by Joel. While NM is not licensed in MT., Joel presented me with a plethora of useful information. Additionally, Joel offered additional assistance, should I request it. If this is the care they provide to their customers, even those not purchasing from them, I can only hope I locate a company as carrying . Marlene Hardt

Contacted Next on a solid recommendation from our neighbor, who bought a pretty modular Cape Cod style 1.5-story and had it set on his lake lot. Was very impressed with the entire team, including Nathan (sales rep) and Joel (owner), from concept to customization to contract negotiation. The most surprising and noteworthy positive element of our experience with Next (and Heckaman, the manufacturer) was the degree to which they were willing to customize the modular design we chose. They put a great deal of time in to meeting our design preferences. Sadly, in the end, we decided on a custom stick-built design, but I would use Next again without hesitation for a modular project. They are talented, hard-working, honest and transparent business people, in my experience.

With any large projects there are bound to be issues, Next wasvery quick to answer and repair any issues. The home is beautiful and cozy very nice place and happy we chose Next Modular
