One of the employees stood in the middle of our business parking lot and urinated. This was in the middle of the day while our facility was open and we had customers inside. The gentleman was approximately 15 feet away from our front door but didn't have the decency to come in and ask to use our restroom, which I gladly would have let him do. Extremely unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful. The employees were also very unorganized with directing traffic on a main highway. I am not a customer, but an observer and business manager affected by the services provided by the company.

Rieth Riley damaged my truck with powdered concrete on my truck, but refused to pay for it after telling me to have it detailed and they would 'take care of it'. It seems they never acknowledge their mistakes. Just like not having the right grade on the County Road 9 bridge on the US 20 Bypass. Does anyone experience the bump when you go over the bridge? Exactly! Dishonest at everything.
