I had been looking for someone to fix our broken lazy Susan and called Doors and Drawers, hoping they could help but in talking to them we decided to see about upgrading our very dated kitchen cabinets and drawers. I cant say enough about the sales person who was honest and provided us with guidance for our choices. The workers were highly professional and showed expertise in the work they did. Very respectful! The hardest part was unloading everything but a good spring cleaning is a good thing. The upgraded look is amazing and we are completely happy with our decision! Would highly recommend this company!

Very Very expensive! $10,000 for 18 cabinet doors and 10 drawer covers. They just asked for a referral? I don't know about the quality or how quickly they get it done but the money is ridiculous. The lady who came to my house was very nice and polite.

As you decided not to use our services, preventing you from seeing our quality, I can understand how $10,000 might appear expensive. It's been almost 2 years since I've had my kitchen done, and I just find more and more disappointment. I held off on a review cause I don't like to be that person, but with the money I spent, it just makes me sad. The installer was nice enough but I felt he didn't want to be there, and rushed through, I had warranty come in a basically finish his job. Maybe it was my lack of understanding on what was going to be done, but when he was finished, it did not look finished. The lack of attention to detail is astounding for what is charged. I want to love my kitchen, but it is hard when I find huge flaws. Two major flaws was a missing screw causing my cabinet door to fall off, and where my lazy susan doors were installed a screw was left to scratch. The cabinets weren't even cleaned from the debris after installation. Unfortunately, when anyone asks me if the would recommend, I can't.
Edit to respond:
According to my paperwork and pictures I took before and after install, it has been almost 2 years, not 3. Contract was signed 10/4/21, the date for preferred install was put down as 4-11-21, which is obviously not correct. I have cashiers check with the final installment dated 4/14/22. And last invoice dated 4/11/22.
But, I appreciate response and will be giving a call soon.

Hi Erica! I pulled your file and may have some good news to help you feel more confident in giving us a better review. When we installed your kitchen on 4/11/21 (almost 3 years ago), your kitchen had a few somewhat unusual features, and it required some creative thinking to accommodate them. But the good news is it came with our standard 5-year warranty, and if your issues are actually product defects, we will be happy to come back and address them, even this far beyond installation. Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration, but if the product was defective, your 5-year warranty covers it! Please give us a call and let's set up a time to take a look, okay?
