        Always understaffed or so they always say. The last two times I've been in they were serving their workers their food and creating a line and then thinking it was funny. No sense of urgency or pride in their work.

        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jeana was so horrible starting with her poor customer service. I asked kindly to the cashier if I can get my food freshly dropped once my order was being taken. I was told that tenders had just been dropped after I paid and I said okay as long as it is freshly hot. I come back from loves back to Hardees and Jeana is showing poor customer service by making comments as I walked away. Once I received my food guess what it wasnt fresh. She rudely made comments and showed poor customer service as Im telling her that my food wasnt hot, while along she teaching her other employee to do the same. She shouldnt work in customer service if she can not provide whats necessary to be in service, she showed just horrific character and she does not need to work in this industry with that poor attitude and tone.
