Carolyn was absolutely amazing to work with! Super intelligent and worked diligently to compare other homes in the neighboring areas so that we could submit a good and fair offer. Carolyn also was able to save us a decent amount of money when closing which was fantastic and also had the great idea to have a home warranty added to the closing contract so that we could feel even more secure in our new big purchase.
