        I have lived in this community since 2012. They can raise the rent whenever they want, and the Federal and State government does not Mandate them to any degree. They can raise the lot rent as high as they want. In two years, it has gone up by $63 in total. And now they are charging us $10 per animal, per month; and I OWN MY HOME, they own the land. I don't know about any of you, BUT my animals are my FAMILY, and they make me feel safe and not alone. Why should I have to pay Sun Communities to have a companion? My animals do not go outside. To avoid charges, you can get a letter from your physicians; stating that they are your support animals, and the charge goes away. Not all physicians will even type a letter, good luck. What's the difference between Support Animal - Companion, money in their pocket to help pay for (Improvements and overhead to run a business).
