Management is awful After making an appointment for my son months in advance to be seen as a new patient I was told that they would only see him that day since they committed an error of scheduling him since he was at the age cut off. Just because you messed up and dont want an empty slot you want to see him so you dont lose out on making money no thank you. After canceling his appointment they dismissed the rest of my other childrens appointments that were established patients and scheduled for treatment.

I took my daughter in for oral surgery. she was 3. she was given a behavioral shot to keep her from moving. she couldn't speak up either when they stuck her over 50 times all over her hands and feet because they couldn't find a vein, she felt it all, remembers it. she couldn't tell them to stop. don't go here

After struggling to find the right pediatric dentist for our young child, I stumbled across Good To Grow, and it was the best thing for our family. I called and spoke with Sylvia on a Friday around noon. I knew it was close to their day end, as well as the start to the weekend. However, Sylvia never made me feel like I was impeding on her end of day/week. She listened to me as a stressed out mom with a child in severe dental pain. She worked hard for my child to get us in quickly to help resolve our issue. While in the office, the staff was friendly, caring, patient, and above all KIND! They went above in beyond to help my child feel safe, and help understand what was going on. The visit ended up in an extraction, and I could not have felt that we were in better hands. Dr. Gratz is a natural with children (and has a pretty good Disney singing voice, I might add). She eased my anxiety, and talked us through the entire process. I can highly recommend this office to anyone in need of an office that will listen to that mothers intuition and take care of our childrens dental needs.
