I had just a small order of a couple jackets for my kids. It was simply adding their name to the front of them. They showed me font options and all and I was excited bc they came highly recommended. When I picked them up the font was completely wrong. I asked for a cursive type font and got a block letter font. I mentioned this to the guy charging me and he just had and "oh sorry we messed up, Oh well!" attitude. I didnt want it corrected bc of the risk for tearing the actual jacket but idk at least a minimal discount since they messed up what I asked for. I even mentioned to him "Im glad it was just two jackets, I can't imagine having a large order messed up." Barely got a reaction out of him, didn't really seem to care. Just dissapointed. The quality of the stitch is good and I've seen their work and it is high quality, but my rating is mainly on customer service.
