        I gave it 4 stars for the service itself. It's quick and easy... Love using it... However, we copied 2 different keys, and only 1 of them work. It won't even fit into the keyhole. The $4 copper key worked, but the $6 design key does not. Go figure. When you hold the keys together, they look identical, so the cut seems right... Just seems to be the wrong key style.

        First using Minute Key. I made two keys, only one was right! One was a padlock type, while the other was a t-handle lock type. The t handle didn't work! It copied the key form right, but the way the groves line up. The width of the key was to wide near the middle.

        Quick and easy. My wife was able to do it. Just need a hole you can stick them in to brush off the rough edges like the old machnes
