The worst and of the worst, unfortunately. Im not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill to put it lightly. The worst communication (or none at all), kept my car for 6 months , just to find out they misdiagnosed/didnt even fix my vehicle. These people ruined my Range Rover. Would not recommend.

I really wish I had better things to say about this shop. I came in with quite a lot of work I needed done with my car: the heater was weak, several plastic under panels were missing, many other panels were dragging across the concrete, lock actuator broken, emblem missing, etc. Like I'm sure many others had, I saw the great reviews for this shop and figured I would give them a try because the shop I regularly go to was booked a few weeks out. After dropping the car off, I would call week after week and was almost never answered. I left many voicemails and was never called back except for 1 or 2 times. The times I did manage to speak with someone, they gave me some completely made up timeline such as "We will have an estimate in 1-2 days" or "we will be done by Monday." None of these deadlines were ever met. I ended up being stuck without my car for nearly 5 weeks without any idea of its status. I was frustrated, but accepting because I really did not mind them taking such a ridiculously long time if they were completely renewing the car by fixing/replacing everything that needed it. I even would have paid a bit extra as well. So, finally, after 5 weeks of missed calls, made up deadlines, and almost no communication at all, I go in to pick it up. I look at the car before I go inside. Almost nothing visible is fixed. After inquiring inside, they tell me that they needed some more parts, which shocked me. I couldn't help but wonder what they were doing the past 5 week. They're just telling me they need more parts now? When I come to pick it up? They were able to do the bare minimum that I asked for, which was fix the plastic panels that were dragging on the concrete, but I do not believe for a second that what they did should have taken 5 whole weeks. Another key point is that they claimed they could not replicate the problems I was having with my door lock actuator, but immediately after I drove off the lot, the constant clicking of the door locks started again. So, I wonder if these guys were just trying to avoid working on it. For what they did complete, the price would have been fair if not for the outrageous 5 week waiting period and lack of any communication. I am extremely disappointed. Expected a lot more from these guys given the great reviews. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because they did go beyond expectations by fabricating a custom connector to replace a sensor wire to avoid having the replace the entire harness. Other than that, I will not be going back, and don't recommend this business to anyone else either.

I had my car towed in for a diagnosis and they said they would get to it within the week. It's been 4 months and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No calls. No texts. they wouldn't answer my phone calls either. I Had to call a tow truck to get it finally. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS TO THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars.

Not pretending to be glamping or anywhere close but we got a cabin so we could feel safe about the trailer and SxS on it, which you can't at a hotel. Good parking and basic but clean and tidy cabin. Did the job as expected.
