They bought my medical debt from 2020 and are freshly renewing this debt and avoiding court dates and dragging this process on, and I am trying to settle an agreement with them, and I have been trying to contact the office to pay my debt for 2 months. Ive shown up and no one was there doors are closed and , and I just want this item off my credit score and they are impossible to work with. They have an endless loop if you click one, and if you click 2 you get a grumpy lady who apparently is meant to direct people to line 1 and line 5 and the lady on line 5 says you have to continue the level one loop. When I talk about how long I have been on hold attempting to pay this debt they call me a liar. Unprofessional, willing to take in new work and new clients, but have no care for the people whos lives they make more difficult. Their phone number on their website that says call today takes you to a fax number and rings in your ear really loud like its the early 2000s. Do not do business with these guys

Even though Im the one paying them for my collection they are very nice and very helpful I would definitely refer a friend
