So many problems and unresolved issues with this company. I could write a two page paper, but Ill spare you. Our first time using a sprinkler system company after buying a house with one previously installed. Truly disappointed that this was our first experience. Dont waste your time or money.

Terrible experience. They charged me $165 for the replacement of a PVC pipe without even making it water tight. They wanted to convince me that the problem with my irrigation system was the insufficient pressure in the house, and to spend $750 so a plumber could replace a 1/2" supply pipe (it was actually 3/4") with a 1" pipe. The problem turned out to be completely different, and related to a valve in the backyard that wasn't working, and a disconnected pipe in one of the zones. Glad I did not listen to them and called someone else with the patience and the determination to solve my problem. P.S.: I have a gravity system that does not require to be winterized.
