        This family owned and operated company chooses to prioritize the values that were important to all of us years ago, and I'm glad they've stayed the same! it speaks volumes about anyone who works together as a team, year after year, in a constantly changing and competitive environment, yet remains as helpful, honest, and hard working as they do. They've repaired my logsplitter more than once, under warranty, and handled every step with ease while keeping me informed. They've serviced my tractor and chainsaw in a timely manner while also educating me on ways to keep them running stronger during the season. I will always highly recommend the technicians at Granger Lawnmower Place!

        The dude actually hung up on me. Ego at its finest. Not taking my warranty work there. UPDATE: minus 1 star for making up a story. We didn't even discuss ordering parts. You must have me confused with another potential customer.

      Actually, just the opposite happened!!!! We were trying to let you know it's difficult to get parts for these products. That is not our fault if we're not able to get service parts. Just being up front about the situation. I can assure you we didn't hang up on you. Oh, we have a land line on our end. Just sayin'. Ok, my apologies for mistaking you for an upset customer complaining about the Ego product purchased from wherever you purchased it from. We get 10 of those calls a day....... I can assure you we didn't hang up on you. I can tell you what we did do, we were upfront and honest about the product and how the Mfg. deals with the consumer, you. They, the Mfg. literally doesn't care what happens after the sale. And treat us, the service center even worse. Again, my apologies for what of transpired here to get to this point, but I can assure you, we did not hang up on you.
