I can't say enough about working with Chelssie! She was a pleasure to work with and fast and responsive, even with our PT/ET time zone differences. She sent us video walk-throughs of the properties we were interested in and was open and honest about her opinions. I never felt like she was just trying to sell us a home, but rather was on a mission to sell us the RIGHT home for us. This all happened in a really quick 2 weeks total, from introduction to each other, to an accepted offer! With reviewing multiple listings, then virtual showings of our top candidates to a couple days of negotiations with the sellers, we always felt like Chelssie was on top of it and that we were in good hands. Worked with her on a project that had been on the market for a while but not much activityShe came on the scene and quickly got things organizedThe house was staged with furniture which really showed the beauty of this wonderful property.
