I unexpectedly became a client at Hickory Creek for about one week. I will have to say that my time there was valuable for my recovery. If theres one thing that stands out for this rehab facility is the STAFF. This includes everybody from the maintenance man, CNAs, nurses and physical/occupational therapy. There wasnt a person there that wouldnt help in any circumstance. I appreciate this very much. They had many young aids and assistants working with the more experienced staff. This showed me that theyre focus to continue to have this excellent staff services in the years to come. Just one other comment, I was in a particular wing of the building, and Ill have to say that there was not one bit of urine odor in that whole area. So they do an excellent job of cleaning and taking care of these kinds of issues.
