For me, my taxes are too complex for me to do and Sprinkle cpa continues to be my accountant of choice. They are always helpful and do a good job of answering my questions.

I contacted Sprinkle to assist with finances with a new LLC, and was told someone would get back to me in a few days. After two weeks I called back assuming my information had been misplaced, and they werent sure why I hadnt been contacted. They said it might be possible that they arent taking new clients because tax season was approaching, and someone would call me back the next day. That was five days ago and I still havent heard back. I was initially excited to work with Sprinkle because they had fantastic reviews, so I was surprised at their poor customer service. If I cant trust a company to be organized enough to return phone calls, then I wont be trusting them with my finances.

Michelle is outstanding at what she does. She's thorough, punctual and knowledgeable about all of the tax laws, old and new. She makes doing a small businesses taxes not so scary. This is my third year with her.
