I have been going to Village dentistry for over four years. Im extremely pleased with the services they provide. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them and everyone in my family goes there.

Dr. Bayless and the staff are all very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new dentist and I am very impressed. I would highly recommend Dr. Bayless!

Dr. Bayless told me he could not perform my root canal. That part made sense enough - it's a complicated procedure and was in a hard-to-reach tooth, so he referred me elsewhere. That, in itself, is not the problem. On my way out, I was told about a program where, if I paid $300 for the consultation, would cover that visit and the crown I would need after the procedure. That sounded like quite the bargain! Well, the root canal itself went fine elsewhere, but when I called to schedule the crown, I got waylaid by awkward business hours several times. I left messages that were never returned. When I finally got through to someone today, they hung up on me as soon as they heard my name. At this point I'm calling it a wash and going back to my childhood dentist.

This is definitely my new dental office. I went in with lots of anxiety and some medical issues that create problems. Dr. Bayless and his staff were very understanding and accommodating. There was no rush, just a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It was definitely the best dental experience that I have ever had.
