Taco Bell

Normally my experience here is fine. But, went yesterday at about 4pm. Had two cars in front of me and they were gone before I finished ordering. They had my food to me within a minute of being at the window. Usually they are fast, but this was really fast. I was like, "Wow. They are on their game today!" No. I got home and the food that was not a special order looked like it was prepared well before I ordered. My home is 8 minutes away. All three tacos were soggy, falling apart, and appeared as if someone decided to sit on them during their lunch break. The nachos bel grande was soggy, the cheese was dark yellow like it had sat for awhile. Horrible experience yesterday. I'm going to give them another chance and ensure I check the quality before I pull away. I recommend you do the same if they seem too quick to give you your food. Hey, Taco Bell employees. Pro tip: Serve the food YOU would want to eat. Your menu is no longer cheap. Give your customers quality or find a different job.

Taco Bell let me let you in on a little secret when you order on the app theres this thing called order tracking it let you know when you place your order it lets you know when your order is being made and it let you know when your order is ready I ordered breakfast today at 10:30 and I left my house to go there to pick it up when the app told me that my order was ready when I got there it was like 11:01 and they said our breakfast ends at 11 I said I know I ordered it at 10:30 and the app told me that my order was ready for pick up. They said we dont know that we have your order in till you get here so theyre not doing it right the whole reason why ordering on the app was even created was for convenience because we want to be able to order our food and go pick it up and it be ready and not have to wait for it. Thats the point needless to say I didnt hear anything that she had to say. I went ahead and left and went to sonic since they have all day breakfast, and I called corporate and got a refund or McDonalds to when ordering on the app youre supposed to make the food when you receive the order

No chicken crispanadas, no cherry pepsi, slow service as per usual with literally every taco bell ever. At this point It's a corporate issue.
