I highly recommend Larry Concus (Concus Carpentry) and Rick Crow (C & O Construction) for residential construction. My wife and I had a difficult task for them: replacement of faulty skylights, which failed causing water damage to our home. Larry and Rick assessed the damage, repaired the wood framing, installed the new, heavy skylights and reshingled the roof. Their crew was quick and professional. They were very fair with pricing.
What my wife and I really appreciated is the communication the crew had with us. Larry and Rick explained in detail why the old windows failed and what the crew would do to ensure that we would not have future issues. Additionally, what I liked is that the crew was warm and friendly. And, we really appreciate their kindness.
