I had an amazing experience purchasing my Chevy Trax from John Jones Auto Group in Greenville. Our salesman, Caleb, was very friendly, open and honest throughout the whole process. All the cars on the lot were fairly priced. From walking onto the lot to driving away with the vehicle, everything went quickly and painlessly. A very enjoyable experience!

Customer Service here is at an all time low. Spoke with a manager about getting my sons title so we can get his tags and he got on the phone ready to go round for round, while I was speaking he just kept saying yeah, uh huh as if he was insinuating are you done.. my sons temp tag expired 04/30/2023 here it is 05/27/2023 and he still dont have tags. You would think they would be more vigilant about getting a car transferred and registered to the new owner to release liability of the vehicle completely from them. I guess we will wait to see how this play out!
