At this point the place is beautiful but waiting until moving time. I am fed up with the noise and sleepless nights as well as having coffee to the sound of the dogs barking.

Love it here! Very quiet, clean, nice neighbors, and the office staff is so very nice and friendly!!!

The grounds are clean and quiet. Very safe place to live. The apartments are nice and big but the appliances are very out of date, rusted don't work very well. The apartments are very over priced but again for a safe place to livei decided the price was worth it. As long as you don't have to deal with office staff it's a good place to live. Make sure when you do your move in checklist you staple a paper on there saying they can not go into your apartment without notice because they will and they will not tell you when they are coming until after the fact. They add on 30 bucks a month for do your door trash service that you have no choice but to pay even tho they only pick up 1/2 they times they are supposed to. And the trash is literally right outside the apartment buildings so that was a bummer to find out after the fact. But if you are looking for a clean and safe place to live that is quiet this is a good place. It's right off of a nice walking trail and right by a great park. I recommend during the application process to call daily because the ladies in the office are horrible at returning phone calls and they will make you put everything in PDF form before sending it in because apparently they do not know how to do it themselves so just a heads up on that when applying
