Chase offered brilliant service! Was able to order foreign currency (British Pounds ) in the afternoon on a Monday and was told it would take 3 business days and may not be available for pick up until Thursday. I recieved a call Tuesday late afternoon letting me know that my Pounds () were available for pick up!

I have been a customer for over 25 years; however this will change soon. I bank at more than one bank. Lake City is my other where I wired money to Chase so I could wire the correct amount to FL where I am purchasing a home. Lake City had GREAT customer service by waiving a 30 dollar fee; but Chase DIDNT by charging a 35 dollar fee. Let that sink in! Oh I forgot it did take them a hole 5mins Lets not forget the HUGE.01% you get on your deposits

The older ladies that work at this location are so rude and expired. Get some young faces in there. You used to have a nice young gentlemen working there that all my clients thought was real pleasant and helpful.
